Comprehensive management using the PIM (project integration management) method including design and processing permits and licences for new electrical and fire-protection facilities and a WWTP in the plastic waste processing and classification plant in the La Red Norte Industrial Estate, municipal district of Alcalá de Guadaira. The raw material is stockpiled on dedicated outdoor areas and is processed by milling, washing, drying and extrusion of the plastic received in the plant. The project included the plant’s new WWTP.
