Cubicoff Open Engineering, a company specialized in providing comprehensive industrial engineering and architecture solutions, has been selected to carry out the engineering studies for the future expansion of the Zotal Laboratorios industrial plant in Seville. This project has a broad scope, encompassing key areas such as infrastructure design, production process optimization, office restructuring, modernization of technical facilities, and environmental impact assessment.
We are currently in the preliminary study phase to define the scope of this ambitious project, which includes:
-
Infrastructure and Process Design: Detailed plans will be developed to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of the new facilities, focusing on resource optimization and continuous improvement.
-
Production Flow Optimization: Improvements will be made to the layout of equipment and production lines, maximizing the plant’s capacity and operational efficiency.
-
Office Restructuring: The expansion will also include the reconfiguration of office spaces to create a more functional work environment. This involves redistributing areas to enhance interdepartmental connectivity, expanding common areas with collaborative work zones, and adding rest areas to promote employee productivity and well-being.
-
New Specialized Technical Facilities: The project includes the modernization of critical systems such as compressed air networks, fire protection systems, low-voltage systems, and advanced climate control, ensuring safety and efficiency across all production and storage areas.
Our team will carry out the design while ensuring that each stage is executed with the utmost precision and quality, contributing to consolidating Zotal Laboratories as a benchmark in animal biosecurity.
