With a clear conviction and commitment to talent development in Cubicoff, we started a tailor-made project management course (PMP certification) this week. Due to the growth of Cubicoff in recent years, both in national and international projects, it is necessary to prepare and align all staff with management techniques and tools according to international standards. In this way, we will improve the required procedures and elements that will allow us to formulate and manage projects even more successfully.

The course, which started this week and will end in November, will also prepare for the PMP® (Project Management Professional) Certification Exam, the highest international certification in project management awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

The course content is focused on providing students with full knowledge of the PMBOK project management reference guide and the Agile Project Management Guide, thus contributing to developing project management skills and discipline. Professionals will acquire competence and credibility in their field, facilitating interaction with experts and professionals worldwide and enabling them to lead cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.

As part of Cubicoff’s training plan for 2023, we will also be running courses on Navision, Solidworks, and Revit advanced level with Phyton programming.
