In this project we are implementing a new factory in Spain in the Luxury Manufacturing Sector of a worldwide brand of recognised prestige using the project integration management (PIM) method.
We are currently in the design phase of a new factory that meets the brand’s standards taking the layout requirements and plant distributions of the existing production process into account while planning and fully integrating the resulting site development.
